After 15 wonderful years, the organizers of the annual Wings of Golf event and its partners will
no longer host the annual Wings of Golf outing in 2019 and beyond. New visions and changing
business climates lead all parties involved to make this difficult decision.
During its history, Wings of Golf raised more than $725,000 including $32,000 in 2018 for four
United Way agencies: Hendricks County Senior Services, Mental Health America of Hendricks
County, Sheltering Wings and Sycamore Services. We are so proud of this event, all the volunteers who poured countless hours into making it happen and all that was accomplished in those
15 years.
This event would not have been possible without our master sponsors including Visit Hendricks
County, Vectren, Hendricks Power Cooperative and the Indianapolis Colts, whose donations to
the silent auction each year produced great stories and memories for everyone who ever attended the evening raffle. Countless other locally owned businesses also provided support with their
time and resources.
Thanks again for 15 years of memories and more. They say everything has a season, and this
event had a great one. We look forward to seeing you at the many other wonderful fundraisers
throughout Hendricks County.
