The Adult Challenger Baseball League is currently seeking volunteer buddies for the fall season. Buddies will assist adults with disabilities in playing baseball. Participating athletes may have cognitive, physical, hearing or vision differences and need a little assistance to stay safe and have fun on the field. Buddies may need to assist with fielding balls, throwing to the correct base or back to the pitcher, hitting a ball and running to the correct base.

The Challenger League would like to find adult volunteers and would love to have sports teams, clubs, churches or community groups help out! Volunteers are needed on Saturdays, September 7 through October 12, from 10 – 11:30 a.m. at Brownsburg West Middle School Softball Fields. Dress in comfortable clothing and tennis shoes, and bring a glove, water, hat or sunglasses.

To sign up as a volunteer, or for more information, contact Alicia Bingham at abingham@brownsburgbaseball.com.
