Referral Bonus Payout Structure
If the “Referral” completes Phase 1 of training and CPR/First Aid within 14 days after initial orientation training, less applicable taxes, on the following pay date.*

- Both employees must be in good standing
- Both employees must have no current disciplinary action
- Both employees must be maintaining an active work schedule
- $500, less applicable taxes, on the following pay date
- After 1 year of employment
- Both employees must be in good standing

* Failure to complete the required training within 14 days will result in forfeiture of initial bonus payment. Still eligible for 6 month and 1 year bonus. If an employee changes original employment status to any other status, at any time during the bonus period, the amount of the remaining bonus to be paid will be calculated at the lower status rate.
