Sycamore Services has unveiled a newly constructed residence on Kristi Road (photo below) in Martinsville, designed from the ground up to meet the highest standards of accessibility, comfort, and independence. The thoughtfully planned four-bedroom, two-bath home reflects both innovation and a deep commitment to creating inclusive living spaces.

Every aspect of the home was built with accessibility in mind. The open-concept layout features a warm central gathering space, abundant natural light to support well-being, and durable materials selected for long-term comfort. Each bedroom includes its own heating and air conditioning unit, allowing residents to tailor their environment to their individual needs.

From widened doorways and lowered appliances to strategically placed handrails and ramped entry, the home ensures ease of mobility and safety throughout. The kitchen includes a large pantry, induction cooktop to reduce burn risk, and a lowered oven and microwave for convenience. A subtle-grain laminate floor provides slip resistance, while a floor drain in the kitchen and dual bathroom drains add an extra layer of protection.
