She currently holds leadership roles on the Indiana Association of Rehabilitation Facilities (INARF) board of directors/executive committee, the Human Services Advisory Board at Ivy Tech Hamilton County, the Hamilton County Transportation Advisory Committee, and the Noblesville Advisory Council on Disability. Yolanda also contributes to multiple committees and workgroups, advocating for positive change at local, state, and national levels. A lifelong Hoosier, Yolanda earned her bachelor’s degree from Indiana State University and her MBA from the University of Notre Dame. Originally from northern Indiana, she has called central Indiana home for over 12 years, where she is raising her son.
